Refund Policy
A fair and simple policy for paid academic course access.
MTH Student Academy aims to handle refund requests professionally and fairly for paid academic courses and structured programs.
Refund Window
Students may request a refund within 7 days of payment if they have not accessed more than a limited portion of the paid course.
Access-Based Review
Refunds are not guaranteed after extensive course access, certificate issuance, or downloadable material access. The academy may review each case individually.
Free Courses
Free courses are not eligible for refunds because no paid access fee is involved.
How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be sent to support@mthstudent.ac with the student name, course, payment reference if applicable, and reason for the request.
